LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Understand the fundamental concepts of behaviour sciences 2) Analyze individual and group behaviours 3) Improve managerial skills for organizational performance 4) Understand,control and predict individual behaviour, interpersonal relationships and intergroup relations in organizational structure 5) Reinforce the theoretical knowledge with sectorial applications.

COURSE DEFINITION	This course covers the foundations of individual and group behavior, theories of learning and motivation, leadership, individual decision making and group decision making techniques, bases of power and power tactics, communication and conflict.
