1) Understand the fundamental concepts of behaviour sciences
2) Analyze individual and group behaviours
3) Improve managerial skills for organizational performance
4) Understand,control and predict individual behaviour, interpersonal relationships and intergroup relations in organizational structure
5) Reinforce the theoretical knowledge with sectorial applications.
