LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT |
At the end of this course, the students; 1) gain knowledge about acute and chronic childhood diseases. 2) learn the relationship between disorders and nutrition. 3) learn clinic and biochemical differances between childhood disorders. 4) evaluate the nutritional needs and plan a nutritional program. 5) evaluate medical nutrition therapy for each disorder. 6) make changes about diet therapy when needed.
