At the end of this course, the students; 1) Learn to analyze, read and understand of medical and occupational terminology. 2) Learn the terms used in the field of health. 3) Learn terms related to Human Structure(Anatomy/Physiology, etc.). 4) Learn terms related to Community Nutrition and Nutritional Sciences. 5) Learn terms related to Dietetics and Institutional Food Service Systems.
