LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT |
At the end of this course, the students; 1) To have knowledge about general concepts, methods, strategies and techniques related to communication. 2) To gain the ability to manage the process in the relationship between patient and physiotherapist. 3) To be able to comprehend and apply appropriate physiotherapy and rehabilitation approach principles considering the biopsychosocial process.

COURSE DEFINITION | Basic ethical principles, history and the concept of physiotherapy and rehabilitation, national and international codes regulating the physiotherapist's duties and responsibilities, the importance of teamwork in physiotherapy, and the communication methods in different patient groups. |
