1) Learn the basic elements of pharmaceutical care, their responsibilities as a pharmaceutical care practitioner.
2) Gain the ability to create a pharmaceutical care plan.
3) Know the details that need to be considered when planning pharmaceutical care in special patient groups.

COURSE DEFINITIONThe aim of this course is to provide information about the responsibilities of the pharmacist in the pharmaceutical care process, the patient care process and stages, drug related problems and the role of the pharmacist in preventing them, adherence, development of a pharmaceutical care plan.
