General Information
Education at the Faculty of Pharmacy consists of a five-year program and compatible with the core undergraduate education of Pharmacy in Turkey and Bologna duration. The language of compulsary and elective lectures are all in Turkish and held in Baglica Campus. Elective lectures are classified into 3 groups and these are on pharmaceutical areas of interest after graduation, pharmaceutical areas and, personal build up. Our Erasmus programme is accepted by 6 European Faculty of Pharmacy and at the moment student exchange is realised. Being related with the diseases, clinical pharmacy and pharmacy practice lessons are done in Ankara Baskent Hospital in Bahcelievler. According to Erasmus procedures a student in the third and fourth year of education may spend one to two term or an apprenticeship in the foreign Faculties or pharmaceutical companies. In the intermediate years apprenticeships basicly include community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, govermental body and drug industry and realised with career gate.
