At the end of this course, the students; 1) Improve the skills of case-oriented critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making. 2) Gain the ability to use pharmacotherapy knowledge actively with problem-based learning method. 3) Participate in the evaluation and planning of drug treatment and monitoring therapeutic outcomes. 4) Learn to work as a team with healthcare professionals to identify, cause, solve or prevent drug-related problems. 5) Know which sources to use while making evidence-based suggestions. 6) Act in accordance with professional ethics and rules during clinical pharmacy practice.

COURSE DEFINITION
This course is practiced in the hospital. The aim of this course is to gain basic skills, practical skills and communication skills required in clinical pharmacy practice, to teach them how to use the pharmacotherapy knowledge they have learned in theoretical lessons in practice and to ensure their active participation in clinical pharmacy practice in the hospital.
