LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT At the end of this course, the students;
1) The basic principles of chemistry,
2) The historical development of the atom, modern atomic theories and the periodic system,
3) The interactions between atoms, ions, molecule etc. and their effects on the properties of matter,
4) Experience in researching scientific points and presenting results using scientific sources,
5) The basic properties of gases, properties of solutions, thermodynamics, chemical kinetic laws, properties of chemical equilibrium, basics of electrochemistry and radioactivity.
6) Use the knowledge in pharmacy education and following career.
