LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT |
At the end of this course, the students; 1) Knows theoretical explanations about behavioral disorders. 2) Knows the classification system for behavioral disorders. 3) Relates the emergence processes of behavioral disorders and intervention processes. 4) Structures the recognition, prevention and response processes related to behavioral disorders within the scope of competence in educational environments and psychological counseling processes. 5) Carries out the necessary teamwork in the intervention processes related to any behavior disorder. 6) Acts in accordance with ethical and legal processes in recognition, prevention and intervention processes related to behavioral disorders.

COURSE DEFINITION | Theoretical approaches about anticipating factors and interventions for different age groups of behavioral disorders. Planning and constructing of diagnosis and intervention processes based on DSM-V. Connecting diagnostic and educational processes, cooperating with related professionals. |
