LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Comprehend the basic principles of learning objects, 2) Comprehend the role of learning objects in learning-teaching, 3) Be able to know the international standarts for learning objects 4) Be able to search and analyze different ontologies 5) Be able to design and develop a sample learning object repository

COURSE DEFINITION	Web based teaching environment, student, content, and organization analysis, determining the educational aims, investigating the web based theories and approaches, clarifying the the visual design principles for web based environment, enhancing education via the use of web based teaching design theories, the applications and evaluation of web based teaching.
