COURSE DEFINITION | In this course, interior design solutions for residences, administrative buildings and public spaces that came to the fore in the Greek and Roman periods in the Aegean and Anatolian geography are examined. Within the scope of the course, ancient structures, material knowledge, ancient cities and settlement patterns will also be studied. The original construction techniques and regional material diversity that should be followed in today's restoration works of ancient buildings and the diversity of structures and materials sensitive to the Mediterranean climate will also be emphasized.
