Authority protocol, code of conduct in the office, office room arrangement, managerial behavior protocol, subordinate relations in organizations

Official correspondence protocol: supply and request in official letters, signature rules, forms of addressing in correspondence, business cards, invitations, congratulations, condolences

Speech protocol, telephone conversation rules, opening, ceremonies and protocol rules in speeches
