COURSE DEFINITION
Students who have mastered the main components of typography are given theoretical knowledge about kinetic and kinetic typography in this course. In line with the theoretical knowledge, the students are asked to do kinetic typography sample research and discussed in the lesson. Analysis of samples is done with a presentation. At this stage, a specific theme is determined and a kinetic typography study, which is a type of video animation prepared with typefaces that are moved by adding emotion, is carried out. Thus, they learn the usage areas of kinetic typography, the ways of visual expression with typefaces and reinforce the theoretical knowledge with practice in parallel with the changing technology.
