Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading

Student's success in lectures is determined by evaluating grades that are earned by student along the semester and final exam results. Grades along the semester includes all the grades given according to student?s performance in quizzes, mid-term exams, assignments and practical works required for the course. In the credit system, type (exam, assignment, work etc.) and weight of the grades, along the semester and end of the semester, need to be delivered to the head of department by the lecturer within the first two weeks of semester. After that, corresponding department?s administration will announce the information to students. Final grades is given by the lecturer, also considering general success rate of all the students involved in course, using letter grades specified such as A : 4,0 A-: 3,7 B+: 3,3 B : 3,0 B-: 2,7 C+: 2,3 C : 2,0 C-: 1,7 D+: 1,3 D : 1,0 F1: 0,0 F2: 0,0.
