At the end of this course, the students; 1) learn the working techniques used in 3D rendering and production. 2) will have an idea about the areas of promotion, design, game industry, 3D animation and production where 3D modeling is used. 3) will have information about the workflow in the areas where 3D modeling is used and can create a working path according to the projects to be created. 4) will be able to use a 3D modeling program.

COURSE DEFINITION
The aim of this course is to explain the digital equipment required for 3D modeling, to teach modeling methods, techniques, texturing in various geometries and modeling for animation. This course is the main course for computer graphics and computer animation in games, films, multimedia and interactive production.

Program introduction and interface will be examined together with the teacher

Simple models will be made using ready-made geometric shapes
3rd Week
Assignment will be collected. Creating material and adding Hypershade, texture
4th Week
Creating a coating map, Objects will be modeled for the low poly midterm exam. The reference image will be displayed. With the objects selected from these references, the midterm exam subject will be modeled.
5th Week
Assignment will be collected. Modeling will continue
6th Week
Assignments will be collected. Substance Painter introduction. Coloring objects in Substance Painter.
7th Week
Midterm. Projects will be collected. Final Project will be modeled.
8th Week
Assignment will be collected. Switching from Substance to Maya. Stage arrangement Stage lighting.
9th Week
Assignment will be collected. Lowpoly character study.
10th Week
Assignment will be collected. Character modeling will continue.
11th Week
Assignment will be collected. Character modeling will be finished. Information about simple animation.
12th Week
Assignment will be collected. Ada work will also be activated (loop).
13th Week
Assignment will be collected. Entering the End of Stage and Render settings. Creating materials with Arnold renderer. Render settings.
14th Week
Finalizing the project, render preview settings. Final assessment. Projects that do not come for evaluation will not be accepted in the final.
