At the end of this course, the students; 1) Have the ability to explain basic concepts such as database, data, information . 2) Have the ability to create database, tables, forms, and reports. 3) Can apply the first three normalization forms to unnormal tables and draw ER diagrams. 4) Have the ability to write SQL queries (selecting, updating, deleting and adding). 5) Have the ability to write VBA module.

In this course, database, basic information and concepts about database management systems, designing tables, queries, forms and reports, normalization, entity relationship diagrams (ER), structured query language (SQL), module programming are covered.
