COURSE DEFINITION
The content of the course, the history of social media and the main factors affecting social media, convergence of technology, Web. 2.0 technologies, social networks, blogs, wikis, virtual groups, video sharing, social bookmarking sites, etc., marketing 2.0, public relations 2.0, the impact of social media on for-profit and non-profit organizations, democratization and globalization trends, and concerns about privacy and security .
