At the end of this course, the students; 1) Understands about culture, identity and history of culture. 2) Knows The Anatolian Civilisations and ask questions related to novadays. 3) Understands better the cases happening in homeland and the globe. 4) Understands the far future by learning the past. 5) Examine and searche interdiciplinary the matters related to culture and history of culture. 6) Use the thecnichs, methods and materials in studies related to history of civilisation.

COURSE DEFINITION
It is a course that will enable students to get to know their dormitories better with the information they will gain, strengthen their professional and intellectual equipment and contribute to their future with confidence. Ancient civilizations of Anatolia, first temples, origins of agriculture, emergence of cities, extensive use of mines and international trade, architecture, religion, economy, trade, artistic approaches in ancient Anatolia, history starting from BC.7000 to AD.400 Analyzing Anatolia in pre- and Protohistoric processes-Hittites, Urartians, Phrygians, Lydians, Assyrian Trade Colonies, Hellenistic and Roman periods constitute the subject of the course.
