At the end of this course, the students; 1) Use the data acquired from different disciplines in folklore. 2) Comprehend subjects such as archiving, rotecting, preserving, displaying of folklore data and become folklore museum curator. 3) Analyse social practices related to traditions, customs and beliefs.

COURSE DEFINITION
This course focuses on the transition from traditional forms of Turkish culture to modern culture, and its relationship with print and visual media. Making use of folk culture in building the future of a nation will also be explored.
