At the end of this course, the students;
1) Learn basic plant cell culture laboratory infrastructure, sterilization and aseptic techniques, sterilization of seed and plant parts, and medium types.
2) Learn callus culture, sub-culture, direct and indirect organogenesis in plant cell culture.
3) Perform laboratory applications of the course content, and discuss experimental results.
