At the end of this course, the students; 1) Understand fundamentals of structure and organization of plant genome, regulation of gene expression in plants, response of plants to environmental factors, and plant reproduction. 2) Understand, development of species and breeding technologies and basic approaches. 3) Understand and discuss patenting and large scale seed production approaches.
