LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT At the end of this course, the students;
1) Learn Fundamentals of Sterilization and Bacterial Cultures.
2) Learn nucleic acid and protein isolation techniques, qualitative analysis by electrophoresis, and spectrophotometric quantitative analysis
3) Learn fundamental techniques for molecular cloning of a target gene to a bacterial cell and screening of clones.
4) Learn experimental analyses with obtained recombinant organisms.
5) Learn the expression analysis via real-time quantitative RT-PCR.
