LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT At the end of this course, the students;

COURSE DEFINITIONILF 222 is a course designed to teach basic concepts of law, definition of law, sections of law, the relation between law and society, sources of law, private and public law and Turkish judicial system.
COURSE CONTENTS

1st Week The rules of social order and definition of law
2nd Week The sources and sections of law
3rd Week Relations of law and rights.
4th Week The winning and losing of rights
5th Week The protection of rights
6th Week Special sections of law and civil law (individual and family law).
7th Week The general provisions of law
8th Week Mid-term.
9th Week Law of obligation
10th Week The general provisions of commercial law.
11th Week Public law and constitutional law.
12th Week The general concepts of criminal law.
13th Week The general concept of tax law
14th Week Turkish judicial system.
