At the end of this course, the students; 1) Understands that music is a cultural subject. 2) Learns that they have their own concepts, that different cultures have different music and that ethnocentrism cannot have a place in the field of music culture. 3) Reveals the relationship between music and food. 4) Understands how music stimulates the sense of eating. 5) Learns music according to food types.
