General Information

The Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts within the Faculty of Fine Arts, Design and Architecture offers four-year undergraduate studies. Students are selected by YGS-4 point type (Higher Education Transfer Exam) which is made by Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM). In order to graduate from the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Program, 2 internships of 30 days and 90 semesters of final semester will be done. During the internship period, cooperation with the leading companies of the hotel, catering and catering sector will be established, as well as application hotels and other food and beverage treatments within the scope of Başkent University. The teaching language of the program is Turkish. English preparation is optional.
