COURSE DEFINITION
İntroduction to human resources management and basic concepts, job analysis and job descriptions, human resource planning, recruitment, selection - placement, job valuation and job valuation methods are taught. Employee training, development, career management, wage management and remuneration methods, providing employee motivation, discipline in human resources management, performance appraisal and employer relations are also taught.
