At the end of this course, the students; 1) Know why organizations exist. 2) Know how organizations are structured. 3) Know what the environment of organizations. 4) Explain how organizations have changed. 5) İdentify practical managerial problems in business life and develop suggestions and take responsibility for solving these problems. 6) Design an organization considering environmental conditions and organizational constraints, develop organizational strategies and implement them. 7) Explain to society and policy-makers when and what kind of organizations are needed and what to expect from them. 8) Know restructuring of the Organization and their own forms of differences in conditions in Turkey.
