COURSE DEFINITIONThe use of sugar dough and the materials used in making, the coloring, storage and coating of sugar dough are taught.

2nd Week Opening of sugar dough coloring and model cake coating writing and painting techniques
3rd Week Use of sugar dough with molds
4th Week Three-dimensional modeling techniques with sugar dough
5th Week Making flowers from sugar paste
6th Week Animal modeling techniques with sugar paste
7th Week Human modeling techniques with sugar paste

9th Week Making cookies suitable for decoration with sugar dough
10th Week Making cupcakes suitable for decoration with sugar dough
