COURSE DEFINITION
Organizational behavior concept and history of organizational research, organization and individual, value, attitudes and job satisfaction are discussed. Personality and emotions, perception and individual decision making, motivation, group, organizational communication, leadership, power and policy, organizational change and stress management, conflict in organizations, organizational learning, decision making in organizations, organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment are also taught in the course.
