LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT At the end of this course, the students;
1) İntroduction to cooking techniques learned in the spring semester will be reinforced.
2) As it is a group course, students will learn to share responsibility among themselves.
3) General hygiene rules, station layout and cleanliness with mise en place have the chance to reinforce the rules.
4) Understands the importance of preparing "Mice en place".
