LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT At the end of this course, the students;
1) Learns the general properties of medicinal and aromatic plants
2) Have information about the usage areas and cultivation opportunities of medicinal and aromatic plants.
3) Learns the classification of medicinal plants
4) Have information about the morphological features, origins, production, usage patterns, cultivation techniques, harvesting and drying of medicinal plants that are important for our country.
5) Gains information about the secondary metabolites of the most used medicinal and aromatic plants in the world and in Turkey.
