COURSE DEFINITION	In this course, students learn Italian language reading, listening, speaking and writing skills at the next level of their learning in Italian II.
COURSE CONTENTS	WEEK TOPICS 1st Week Possessive adjectives, possessive pronouns, family and relative names, use of possessive adjectives with relative names 2nd Week Italian food, ordering, use of "vorrei", use of "mi piace-mi piacciono", use of "quello bello" 3rd Week Necessary tools and verbs for the kitchen, "volerci-metterci" verbs 4th Week Reading: Italian table habits, pasta 5th Week Story time, regular and irregular verbs, to talk about past habits 6th Week Comparison of recent past and story time, use of auxiliary verbs in story time 7th Week Past tense 8th Week Midterm 9th Week Reading: Italian Cinema 10th Week Object, valuable pronouns, vocabulary knowledge about market shopping 11th Week "what" use, joy, resentment, complaints to express 12th Week The use of object, precious pronouns with compound tenses, the use of objects, pronouns with auxiliary verbs 13th Week Expression of help, acceptance and rejection, store and container names 14th Week General review 15th Week Final Exam
