COURSE DEFINITIONManagement and organization-related concepts, decision-making process, management, planning and organizational structure are taught. Classical management organization theory, neo-classical organization theory, system approach, contingency approach are discussed. Project management and matrix organizations, postmodern approaches, communication in management, authority, power and influence are taught.
