At the end of this course, the students; 1) Knows and applies the basic principles of First Aid. 2) Knows basic life support techniques. 3) Knows various types of bleedings and wounds. 4) Knows what to do in case of injuries, fractures and sprains. 5) Takes care of emergency patients. 6) Knows what to do in case of poisonings and heat strokes, etc.

COURSE DEFINITION
In this course, the definition of first aid, objectives of first aid, ABC rule of first aid and Basic Life Support, Removal of foreign objects fleeing the airway, Types of bleeding and stopping bleeding, Turnstile application, First aid in consciousness disorders, shock and fainting, Injury types and regional injuries, It is aimed to obtain information about spinal injuries, first aid in broken dislocations and sprains, Burn types and first aid, Types of poisoning and first aid, Heat stroke and first aid in freezing, Patient and injured transport.
