COURSE DEFINITIONChild yoga is used by converting classical yoga postures to standards suitable for children; entertainment, discipline, self-confidence and a sense of responsibility, combined with individual and paired exercises. It is aimed to include applications for basic child yoga movements, warm-up movements, breathing techniques, stories, games, relaxation and visualization techniques.
