COURSE DEFINITIONModels of the constitutional jurisdiction, judicial review of the constitutionality of laws; forms and the ways of the judicial review and its consequences will be evaluated. The decisions of the Turkish Constitutional Court will be compared with the decisions of the other Constitutional Courts.
