COURSE DEFINITIONWork psychology basically studies human behavior in a working environment.Among the important topics examined are the creation of a suitable work environment that will increase the productivity of employees, effective communication among employees, team behavior, as well as adaptation of employees to the business environment and the recruitment of appropriate personnel. Regarding the creation of a favorable work environment, occupational health and safety are among the other important issues that have been the focus of work accidents, environmental and human factors in occupational accidents.
