LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) to develop the skills in practicing the statistics techniques that are often used in causal, comparative, correlational and empirical patterns for the Social Sciences Studies by using SPSS; interpreting the results and reporting.

COURSE DEFINITION	Introduction to SPSS, descriptive statistics, hypothesis test, linear correlation techniques, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, variance analysis, non-parametric statistics (chi-square, , Mann Whitney U-test, Kruskal Wallis Test, Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test), techniques used in developing for language teaching.
