COURSE DEFINITIONHistorical development of teaching Turkish as a foreign language starting from some evidence in Orhon and Uyghur Turkish and Divanu Lugatit-Türk (1072-1074) which is written by Kaşgarlı Mahmut. Grammars and dictionaries which are written in the eras of Khroezm-Altınordu, Kipczak and Chagatay Turkish. Studies of Turkish and foreign researchers on Turkish as a foreign language in Ottoman Turkish era.
