At the end of this course, the students; 1) Understand the role of managers in organizations. 2) Learn theoretical perspectives to be used to understand and explain managerial and organizational facts. 3) Conceive methodological bases of organization theories. 4) Can define business strategy. 5) Know the effect of globalization on strategic management.
