LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT |
At the end of this course, the students; 1) Gain knowledge about scientific decision making process. 2) Get the qualifications necessary to choose the most suitable quantitative method that will enable him/her to make the best decision when encountered with a specific managerial decision problem. 3) Gain knowledge about qualitative and group decision techniques besides the quantitative methods. 4) Develop analytical skills in structuring and analysis of business decision problems. 5) Gain knowledge about decision traps.
