COURSE DEFINITIONThe most general analysis of the concepts of culture, cultural management and cultural imperialism is made. In the field of classical cultural theories and structural anthropology, the relationship between culture and imperialism that emerges in the context of cultural anthropology study findings and its effect museums and museology are examined. The history of museum and museology practices, cultural imperialism and the interactions of these practices are analyzed.
