1) What it takes to be a leader/manager in terms of communication and public relations.
2) The strong connection between leader's communication skills and organizations' reputation and its relation to conserving his personal and organizations' reputation,
3) What the leader needs to do to reach a stand of influential image, will be comprehended by the student.
