At the end of this course, the students; 1) To know basic concepts of communication literature,how to handle of communication process and to importance in field of individuals, groups and society 2) To know the public relations' theoretichal basis and meaning in terms of communication. 3) To know basic functions, normative structure and problems to the scope of public relations in different types of groups.
