At the end of this course, the students; 1) Know the concepts related to coaching and how to apply counseling in organizations. 2) Explain the concept and the types of counseling. 3) Explain the difference between coaching and counseling concepts and associate these concepts with human resource management.

COURSE DEFINITION | The goal of the course is to teach the concepts related to coaching and how to apply counseling in organizations. At the same time in this course, it will be presented the concept and the types of counseling. It will be explained the difference between two concepts and these concepts will be associated with human resource management. |
