Başkent University Institute of Social Sciences which was founded in 1995 is located at Bağlıca Campus. Bağlıca Campus is built on nearly 275 hectares of area and is located 20.km west of the center of Ankara. The Institution Board is authorized for the decisions and judgments and the board consists of professors and an associate professor. The administration of the Institute is fullfilled by a director and an associate director.
Human Resources Management Master Program was founded 2012 - 2013 academic year. The program aims to give information to students about basic management information, the functions of human resources and strategic management, research methods, information systems, organizational behavior practices and social security law. Human Resources Management Master Program operates with 6 full professors, 2 associate professors, 2 assistant professors and 2 lecturers. In addition to these academics, the institute employs part-time academics as required. The language of instruction of the Ms. program is Turkish. But the knowledge of English language is a prerequisite.
