At the end of this course, the students; 1) Know Individual Business Law, Basic principles and concepts of business law 2) Learn the Establishment and types of business contract, debts born from business contract, job health and security, arrangement of job, termination of job contract and result of termination. 3) Know Social Security Law, Basic Principles and Concepts, Corporate Structure, Social Security Finance, Short-term insurance assistance

COURSE DEFINITION
This course will be transferred to the basic principles of Labor and Social Security Law, and in this context, describing the structure of individual and collective employee relations will be examined in different applications. Employee relations and the parties involved in this process in Turkey (workers, employers and government), and finalization of terms and conditions of employment, legal rights and obligations of workers and employers, to eliminate disputes that may arise between the parties involved in the process and institutions are the main subjects of the course.
