COURSE DEFINITION
The role of HRM in strategic management process, developments in the understanding of HRM, strategic human resource planning, forecasting and strategic importance of the need for staff, personnel selection and placement training and development activities, in terms of strategic HRM, job analysis, career management, job evaluation, compensation management, by taking a holistic perspective on performance management issues will be presented.
