Specific Admission Requirements
1. Students who will apply Baskent University Master of Arts in Psychology (with thesis) must have a bachelor's degree from a psychology department. Otherwise, students who graduated from any other department might be required to get a 1-year scientific preparation training. (Clinical Psychology Track does not allow applications from other undergraduate departments)
2. Minimum scores required for the master?s degree application are 70 ALES (EA) or 700 Quantitative score of GRE (prior format) / 155 Quantitative score of GRE (current format).
3. Applicants are expected to have a satisfactory level of English, and are required to certify through any exams listed below. Applicants who meet this requirement will directly be considered to be evaluated. As long as the exam schedule is convenient, applicants can take the Baskent University English Proficiency Test applied by the School of Foreign Languages.
English Language Tests and the Minimum Scores Required for Application:
YDS (e-YDS) = 70, TOEFL = 84, CAE = C, CPE = C, Pearson PTE = 50, YÖKDİL=70
4. Applicants are required to have minimum undergraduate cGPA of 2.50 (over 4.00).
5. Applicants are expected to have a successful verbal interview.
