Specific Admission Requirements

Registration and Admission:
For those who apply for doctorate programs with LLM degree, it is required to get a minimum of 55 out of 100 in Academic Personnel and Postgraduate Education Entrance Exam (ALES) or minimum score of 649 in Quantitative Part of GRE or minimum score of 500 in GMAT. It is compulsory for PhD applicants to have foreign language skills at a certain level. Applicants are called for an interview provided that they get score in a foreign language exam that is acknowledged by the University. In addition to those who fulfill the requirements of regular PhD program, PhD designated with special statut are accepted as well. PhD designated with special statut refers to those who do not get a PhD but seek to follow the PhD courses. It is not required for PhD designated with special statut to get a score in ALES. Administrative board of Institute of Social Science decides upon whether this statut will be given.
